How I Can Help
ADHD and AuDHD Nutrition Coaching
No rigid diet plans, no ADHD hacks, no more "shoulds." Support that starts with what you want, the real barriers in the way of it, and a whole lot of curiosity and compassion, so you can feel more at ease with food and more confident in yourself.
Talks & Training
I speak on ADHD, AuDHD, eating disorders, and the overlap between them, bringing both lived and clinical perspective to your event or organisation!
Research & Collaboration
I'm an experienced mental health researcher, with a special interest in eating disorders, ADHD and AuDHD. Currently, my research focus is exploring the link between ADHD and anorexia.
If you’re interested in collaborating, I'd love to talk!
The tricky part isn't knowing what to eat, it's finding a rhythm that works for you.
Does any of this sound familiar?
- Falling down internet rabbit holes for meal plans, tips, and advice
- Downloading a tracking app with good intentions but never opening it again
- A big batch-prep Sunday... that felt great but didn't happen again
- Feeling overwhelmed before you've even picked up a shopping list
- Starting with the best intentions, that somehow don't survive a busy week
- Losing time, energy or motivation somewhere between the idea and the plate
- Wanting a way of eating that feels sustainable, not another thing to fail at
Or maybe food and nutrition advice has left you so overwhelmed that you're not sure where to start?
If you've ended up with a fridge full of mouldy veg and that familiar shame spiral creeping in, I want you to know: you're not lacking the knowledge or the motivation.
You might've been told what you "should" be doing your whole life, but here "shoulds" are banned. Instead, we'll take the time to understand what's actually getting in the way.
You deserve a different approach. Not more willpower or more rules, but support that helps you feel inspired and empowered around food, in a way that's actually built around how your brain works.

Testimonials

"Hannah is an absolutely fantastic coach; she is not afraid to offer her observations, always checks if I am happy with that, and has ideas to help me see things differently. She really makes you think and come up with your own solutions, which are the best ones as they are most likely to stick. Hannah is empathetic, happy to offer her own experience when appropriate to help you feel you are not alone, and is a very friendly, approachable coach.

"Hannah is professional, empathetic and motivating in helping me to identify my barriers, self-reflect and put active steps in place to achieve my goals. The sessions were well structured, and it was very clear to me what I should expect and what we were working towards. I gained some very useful tools that I have put into place to support my career goals and day-to-day workload. I particularly appreciated the balance of having structured sessions but also having chances to pause/moments of silence to self-reflect, process and ask for clarifications. In only a short time together, I have gained many useful skills and reflections – I would highly recommend her!
Sarah

"Hannah unlocked a confidence in me that has benefitted both my career and personal life. I’ve stopped apologising for not feeling aligned, and I’m more confident in my strengths. Hannah’s questions and prompts have been helpful, gently challenging my inner critic and allowing me to reach a sense of clarity.
