About me...
I am also the founder of Full of Beans, an eating disorder awareness podcast on a mission to reduce stigma and raise awareness of eating disorders. My goal is to share the experiences of people impacted by eating disorders, and amplify the voices of those in the community from researchers, clinicians, to those with lived experience.
I’ve also worked in digital marketing for a health tech company, helping healthcare professionals connect with their audiences and grow their online presence. Before that, I was a Research Assistant on a psychosis study at Cambridge University, where I gained a deeper understanding of mental health challenges and the importance of bridging research with real-world solutions.
Mental health isn’t just a professional focus for me, it’s personal. My experiences with atypical anorexia, ADHD, depression, and body dysmorphia left me feeling unsupported at times, and it’s why I’m so passionate about ensuring others don’t feel the same.
I believe mental health professionals need to connect with clients in ways that go beyond credentials. It’s about showing your personality, building trust, and making clients feel understood. That’s why I’m here: to help you let your personality shine online in a way that’s authentic, relatable, and professional.
Together, we’ll make sure your clients see not just what you do, but who you are, and why you’re the right fit to support them.
When I’m not working, I’m out exploring the world! Hiking up hills, lifting weights, or climbing new walls. I love everything colourful and sparkly, and my personality reflects that: bubbly, friendly, and full of energy. I’m also a proud cat mum to Topaz and Onyx, who keep me company during cozy nights in with my hot water bottle and weighted blanket.
I’m all about balance. You’ll find me dancing to drum and bass one weekend and scrapbooking memories the next. Outgoing and adventurous, but also a lover of calm evenings, I bring my unique blend of creativity, warmth, and positivity to everything I do.
“Han worked with me on my DumpTheScales campaign, helping to plan for the first-ever eating disorder march 2 years in a row. Han created content to support the march, and to encourage people to come on the day. Through her content 100s more were able to join as they felt reassured and informed. Han thinks about every angle when it comes to social media and works effectively and efficiently always delivering.”

“I reached out to Hannah for help with my website and was thrilled with the outcome. After struggling with my previous attempts, Hannah took the time to have a chat with me to really understand my needs. She conducted a thorough audit and provided a clear, step-by-step breakdown of how to optimise the Strong not Starving site for my audience. Her approach was personal, helpful, and professional. Thank you, Hannah!”
